My services are based on mindfulness-based life mentorship coaching, value-based living, and positive psychology. I hold the compassionate space for you  to discover and draw upon your inner strengths and external resources to build resiliency thriving through the challenges of life. 

Courses, Workshops, and Retreats
 

I offer courses and workshops online and in person on mindfulness, resilience, transitions, and expressive writing. Currently, I teach through  the tTown of Aurora, Parks and Recreation and York Catholic School Board’s General Interest programs.

Upcoming programs include offerings at the Transformative Language Arts Network and at the Town of Newmarket.

Since 2015, I have been facilitating groups for mindfulness theory and practice and for Writing for the Self (writing for self-empowerment, healing and life fulfillment) online and in person.

Individualized Coaching
I offer one-on-one coaching for mindfulness living , thriving through transitions, building resilience, and creative expression. I mentor clients on writing for self exploration and empowerment and meditations to access  for accessing the inner wisdom. 
Single sessions or packages on sliding scales are offered and can be customized to your needs and affordability. Everyone is accepted.  

  1. One hour sessions; CAD 65


  2. Package of 4 hourly sessions: CAD 60 per session


  3. Package of 6 hourly sessions: CAD 55 per session 


  4. Package of 8 hourly sessions: CAD 45 per session

  5. One year of mentorship CAD 700 (monthly one and half an hour sessions) 

Consulting Services
I consult with organizations and businesses to integrate mindfulness as a tool to discern and achieve individual or organizational goals.
 

I also offer consulting for stress management to manage work pressures or changing circumstances. 
 

Integration of mindfulness in organizational culture can enhance productivity and collaboration. All my consulting is designed in collaboration with organizations to suit their needs.
